- Fruits: Bananas, papaya, peach and avocado are rich in vitamins and when made an ingredient of your face pack, they can do wonders to your skin. Even milk is a good base for a face pack as it contains natural oils. Milk can also be used an effective cleanser to remove make up. Mashed bananas can be applied on the face and after allowing it to dry for 10 minutes, and it can be washed and patted dry.
